RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer only exchange and no returns.

Exchange can be initiated within 48 hours from delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us on our official email ID (theredash.co@gmail.com) or our social media handles.

Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange. An amount of INR 100/- will be charged as exchange charges.

We reserve the right to not accept a return if; 

(1) the product/s are returned after use

(2) the product/s are damaged

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 2-5 business days.

Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
