SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing The Red Ash. We are committed to delivering your orders to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand the details and procedures regarding the shipment of your purchases.

Processing Time: Usually 3-5 Days (We make to order products for better print life & avoid inventory damages)

Shipping Timings: Usually deliver in 3 – 7 days after processing

Courier Partners: Order will be delivered by one of our courier partners i.e Delhivery, Xpressbee, Blue Dart, Fed Ex or Shadow Fax

Domestic Shipping:

  • Currently, we offer shipping services within India.
  • We work with renowned shipping carriers such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders.

Processing Time:

  • We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2 – 5 days of your purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • The estimated delivery time for domestic shipping is approximately 3-9 days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the respective shipping carrier’s website.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. All orders are shipped using our standard shipping methods.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:

  • In the unfortunate event of a lost, damaged, or stolen package, please contact our customer support team immediately at theredash.co@gmail.com
  • For lost packages, we will either issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement shipment after conducting a thorough investigation.
  • In the case of damaged goods, please provide us with relevant information and evidence. Upon verification, we will process a refund within 2 – 5 days or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

Returns for Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us at theredash.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on how to exchange the item. Once we receive the damaged item, we will arrange for a replacement, as per your preference and product availability.

Shipping Limitations:

  • We strive to deliver to as many locations as possible. However, there are certain pin codes that may not be serviceable by our default delivery partners for prepaid or cash-on-delivery services.
  • In such cases, we will ship your order via India Speed Post, as it covers all pin codes on the prepaid mode.

Additional Conditions:

  1. The Red Ash is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. We encourage you to double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

  2. Size Issues:

    • In the event of size-related issues, customers are responsible for ensuring the correct size is selected at the time of purchase.
    • If a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size, a replacement can be arranged.
    • A nominal fee will be charged for the exchange, which covers the cost of shipping and handling.
    • The customer must contact our customer support team at theredash.co@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item to initiate the size exchange process.
